AYLA makes it big in LET September 2010 Board Exams

ALUMNI of the Ayala Young Leaders Congress (AYLC) 2009 once again made waves in the field of Education as they hurdled the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) held last September 2010.

At the same time, a Hirayan made it to the top 10 of the LET Board Exam passers.

Jane Patricia “Trixie” Manalang of Assumption College emerged in the top 10 of the LET Board – Elementary passers.

Trixie took an active role in the Assumption College Educators’ Society during her time as a student, taking the responsibilities of level representative, External Vice President, and Assistant Treasurer. She likewise served as Block Representative in the Assumption Student Council, and Level Representative in the Scholars and Grantees of Assumption.

Recently, Trixie was named as one of the 30 finalists of the search for the Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines 2010. Following her teaching career, she is currently an instructor at The British School Manila.

Other Hirayan LET September 2010 passers include Grace Lyn Carboro of Benguet State University, Ronnel Joseph Competente of the University of Nueva Caceres, Diane Ross Fermilon of Notre Dame of Midsayap College, Janna Mary Lagare of the University of Negros Occidental – Recoletos, Fatima Nebril of Western Visayas College of Science and Technology, Margie Valle of the Universidad de Sta. Isabel, Hossana Grace Sultan of the University of Cebu, and Orlando Pacya of Benguet State University.
